This section will be divided into a number of pages as the Winter and Spring Track seasons progress:
I. Page I includes comments on the Early Winter Season, December, 2009 into January, 2010. It reviews the early meets at the Bennett Athletic Center in Toms River, the New York City Armory, and The Lawrenceville School.
II. Page II includes comments on the Late Winter Season, February into March, 2010. It reviews the later meets at The Lawrenceville School, the New York City Armory, the Bennett Athletic Center in Toms River, and the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center in Boston.
III. Page III includes comments on the Early Spring Season, mid-March into April, 2010. It reviews the pre-season: a four-team scrimmage meet with Timber Creek, Haddon Heights, Highland, and Cherokee at Timber Creek (Mar 17th); and the Adrenaline 5K road race at Haddonfield (Mar 20th), run unofficially for years by members of the distance squad. Following that, it reviews the team opener, the Burlington County Relays (Apr 3rd) at Maple Shade High School, and dual meets against Cherry Hill East (Apr 6th) and Lenape (Apr 8th) High Schools. And finally, it covers the Moorestown Invitational (Apr 10th), the dual meet against Pennsauken (Apr 13th), and the Bishop Eustace Crusader Frosh- Novice Meet (Apr 16th).
IV. Page IV includes comments on the Late Spring Season, late April and early May, 2010, when the weather and the season begin to heat up! It starts with the Woodbury Relays (Apr 17th) and the Penn Relays (Apr 23rd - 24th), and includes the dual meet against Eastern Regional High School (Apr 27th); the South Jersey Invitational (Apr 29th) and the South Jersey Relays (May 1st); the last dual meet with Washington Township (May 3rd); the Lenape District Championships (May 6th); and the Cherokee Invitational (May 11th).
V. Page V includes comments on the Early Championship Season, mid- May, starting with the Olympic Conference Championships at Pennsauken (May 12th); the Haddonfield Invitational (May 13th); the Burlington County Championships at Maple Shade (May 15th); the East Coast Relays (May 17th); the Indian Frosh Frolic at Pennsauken, and the Haddonfield Distance Night (May 18th); and the Throwers Meet at Bishop Eustace (May 19th).
VI. Page VI includes comments on the Late Championship Season, late May and early June, starting with the South Jersey Group IV (Sectional) Championships (May 21st and 22nd) and the State Group IV Championships (May 28th and 29th), both at Egg Harbor Township HS; and the State Meet of Champions (June 3rd) at South Plainfield HS. After that, there is a section on several individual efforts in the post-season, and a summary section on the team's accomplishments.
