Track & Field Comments and Pictures, 2017

This section will be divided into a number of pages as the Winter and Spring Track seasons progress:

I. Page I includes comments on and pictures from the Early Winter Season, December, 2016 through mid-January, 2017, with most meets at the Bennett Center in Toms River and at Cherokee High School. GO CHIEFS!

II. Page II includes comments on and pictures from the Mid-Winter Season, mid-January, 2017 through late January, 2017, with most meets at the Bennett Center in Toms River, the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Center in NY, and Cherokee High School. GO CHIEFS!

III. Page III includes comments on and pictures from the Late Winter Season, February, 2017 through to early March, 2017, with most meets at the Bennett Center in Toms River, Cherokee High School, and The Armory Track and Field Center in NY City. GO CHIEFS!

IV. Page IV includes comments on and pictures from the Early Spring Season, I, Mid-March, 2017 through Mid-April, 2017, with the unofficial Adrenaline 5K in Haddonfield, and then most meets away at places such as Maple Shade High School, Bishop Eustace Prep, Bridgeton High School, Washington Township High School, and Central High School. GO CHIEFS!

V. Page V includes comments on and pictures from the Early-Spring Season, II, Mid-April, 2017 through the end of April, 2017, with meets at Eastern, Cherokee, Georgian Court University, Woodbury High School, Franklin Field in Philadelphia, and Delsea High School. Also included is the unofficial "Richard's Run," a memorial run dedicated to a fallen team member, Tim Frantz Run. GO CHIEFS!

VI. Page VI includes comments on and pictures from the Late-Spring Season, Early May through Mid-May, 2017, with the SJ Open at Delsea High School and the SJ Relays at Rancocas Valley High School, then a Twilight Meet at Holmdel High School, the Lenape Dual Meet and the Novice Meet at Cherokee High School. GO CHIEFS!

VII. Page VII includes comments on and pictures from the Championship Season, Part I, Mid to Late May, 2017, with the Olympic Conference and Burlington County Championships, and the South Jersey Sectional Championships! Thrown-in are the last Dual Meet against Cherry Hill High School East; the second of Holmdel's Twilight Series, the Night of 1600's; and a Last-Chance Distance Meet at Haddonfield. GO CHIEFS!

VIII. Page VIII includes comments on and pictures from the Championship Season, Part II, Late May into June, 2017, with the second of Cherokee's Night Racing Series, 800's and 1600's; the NJ Group States Championship; the Meet of Champions; and the team's end-of-the-season Awards Banquet for team members, family and friends.
