This section will be divided into a number of pages as the Winter/Indoor and Spring/Outdoor Track seasons progress:


I. Page I marks the beginning of the Winter Season, with the Haddonfield Scrimmage, outdoors at Haddonfield High School on December 10, 2022; the Olympic Conference Relay Meet #1 at The Bubble in Toms River on December 17, 2021; the SJTCA Winter Meet # 1 at The Bubble on December 20, 2021; the SJTCA Winter Meet # 3 at The Bubble on December 29, 2021; the SJTCA Winter Meet # 5 at The Bubble on January 5, 2022; and the NJSIAA State Relay Championships, GP 4 at The Bubble on January 15, 2022. GO CHEROKEE!

II. Page II marks the middle of the Winter Season, with the SJTCA Winter (Novice) Meet # 7 at The Bubble on January 19, 2022; the SJTCA Winter Meet # 9 at The Bubble on January 24, 2022; and something different, the Cherokee Throws Meet # 2 (Throws # 1 canceled because of ice/snow) at school on January 25, 2022. Another Throws Meet, Cherokee Throws Meet # 3 is at school on February 8, 2022; and, finally, another Polar Bear Meet, the Haddonfield Tri-Meet, is on February 9, 2022. GO CHEROKEE!

III. Page III marks the Championship season and the end of the Winter season. The first of the state's championship meets, the NJSIAA State Sectional Championships, South is at The Bubble on February 11, 2022. After that, two smaller meets will be held at The Bubble on February 16, 2022 - SJTCA Winter Meet # 15 - and on February 22, 2022 - SJTCA Winter Meet # 16 - before the NJSIAA Group States Championships on February 26, 2022! IV. Page IV marks the beginning the Spring Season on March 4th. "The Interregum," a period of intensive training before the first meet of the season, the Danser Relays on April 2nd, at Lenape High School; and then a dual meet against Eastern Regional High School on April 6th. These two are considered "introductory events" for newcomers and "rust-busters" for our experienced team-members. After that, the team hosts the first of two uniquely Cherokee events, the Cherokee Night of 3200's on April 14th. GO CHEROKEE!

V. Page V marks the beginning of the Early-Spring Track Season with a second uniquely Cherokee event, Fast Times at Cherokee High on April 16th. Following that meet, Freshmen and Novices will travel to the Crusader Invitational at Bishop Eustace on April 22nd; and the entire team will travel to Westfield High School for the Blue Devil Classic on April 23rd. On the Friday/Saturday of the next week, April 29-30, 2022, several Varsity teams will cross the river to Franklin Field for the Penn Relays; and then on May 2nd, the team will host the Lenape Dual Meet, the second dual meet of the season. GO CHEROKEE!

VI. Page VI marks the beginning of the Mid-Spring Track Season with the SJTCA Elite Track and Field Meet at Delsea Regional High School on May 5th; and then our third Dual Meet of the season at Washington Township High School in Sewell, NJ on May 11th. Several days later, Cherokee travels to Rancocas Valley High School for the Burlington County Championships on May 14th; and on May 17th, Cherokee hosts the Cherry Hill HS East Dual Meet, the last dual meet of the season. GO CHEROKEE!

VII. Page VII marks the beginning of the end of the Spring Track Season. It begins with Holmdel High School's Royal Rumble on May 19th; followed by the SJTCA Open at Delsea High School on May 14th; the Olympic Conference Championships at Washington Township High School on May 24th; and the Haddonfield Distance Night on May 31st! GO CHEROKEE!

VIII. Page VIII marks the end of the Spring Track Season, with the State South Jersey GP IV Sectional Championships at Buena High School on June 3rd and 4th; the State Group IV Championships at Franklin High School (for those who qualify at Sectionals) on June 10th and 11th; and the State Meet of Champions at Franklin High School (for those who qualify at Groups) on June 18th! GO CHEROKEE!
