This section will be divided into a number of pages as the Winter/Indoor Track season progresses:
I. Page I marks the beginning of the Winter Season and includes comments on and (when practical)
pictures from the Early Winter Season, December, 2024 through early January, 2025, with the first, SJTCA Winter Meet # 1 at the Bennett Center
in Toms River, NJ on December 13th. 2024, a rust-buster for Sprinters, Jumpers and Throwers; the second, Olympic Conference # 1 at the
Bennett Center on December 20, 2024; the third, a distance practice on a cold winter morning at Cherokee, December 21. 2024; the fourth,
SJTCA Winter Meet # 3 at the Bennett Center on December 30th, 2023; and the fourth, SJTCA Winter Meet # 9 at the new
Ott Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania on January 4th, 2025! GO CHIEFS!
II. Page II marks the continuation of the Winter Season and includes comments on and (when practical)
pictures from the Mid-Winter Season, January , 2025, with the first, SJTCA Winter Meet # 10 at the newly-named
Rothman Orthopaedics Sports Complex (previously the Bennett Center or The Bubble) in Toms River on January 8th; the second, Cherokee Throw Down # 1,
a Shot Put meet at Cherokee High School, on January 9th; then the SJTCA Winter Meet #12 on January 13th at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Center
on Staten Island, NY.; followed by the NJSIAA SJ Group 4 Relay Championships on January 19th at the Rothman Center in Toms River; and the
SJTCA Winter Meet #13 on January 22nd at the Ott Center on the Penn campus in Philadelphia. GO CHIEFS!
III. Page III marks the near-end of the Winter Season and includes comments on and (when practical) pictures from
the Late Winter Season, late January, 2025, with the first, the Cherokee Throw Down # 2, a Shot Put meet at Cherokee High School, on
January 23rd; then SJTCA Winter Meet # 15 at The Bubble on January 25th; followed by the Olympic/Tri-County Conference Championships on
January 31st again at The Bubble; and the SJTCA Winter Meet # 17 on February 3rd at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Center on Staten Island, NY.
Finally, on February 5th, the team returns to the Ott Track and Field Center at Penn for a part of the highly competitive LaSalle Relay
Series! GO CHIEFS!
IV. Page IV marks the final weeks of the Winter Season and includes comments on and (when practical) pictures from
the Winter Season's End, Mid-February, 2025 until Late-February, 2025. It begins on February 10th with the SJTCA Winter Meet # 18 at the Ocean
Breeze Track and Field Center on Staten Island; followed on February 14th by the NJSIAA South Jersey Sectional Championships at The Bubble in
Toms River. Locally, on February 18th, there's the Cherokee Throw Down # 3, a Shot Put meet at Cherokee High School. After that, on February 23rd,
those who qualified previously at Sectionals will return to The Bubble for the NJSIAA Group IV State Championships! GO CHIEFS!
V. Page V marks the end of the Winter Season and includes comments on and (when practical) pictures from the
Winter's End, the ultimate Indoor Meet of Champions, at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Center on Staten Island, on March 2nd 2025! GO CHIEFS!
VI. Page VI marks the beginning of the Spring Season and includes comments on and (when practical) pictures from the
Early Spring Meets, including the Lenape Daul Meet at Lenape H.S. on March 31st, 2025; the Dan Danser Relays at Rancocas Valley H.S.
on April 5th, 2025 (canceled); the Night Racer #1 Meet: Night of 3200s at Cherokee on April 10th 2025; and the Cherry Hill H.S. East Dual at
Cherokee postponed to April 14th, 2025. GO CHIEFS!
VII. Page VII marks the continuation of the Spring Season and includes comments on and (when practical) pictures
from the Continuing Spring Meets including Dual Meet, Eastern Regional High School at Cherokee postponed to April 16th, 2025; the Penn
Wood Rap Curry Invitational at Penn Wood High School in Yeadon, PA on April 19th, 2025; FAT Wednesday at Cherokee High at Cherokee, postponed
from April 11th to April 23rd, 2025; the Penn Relays at Franklin Field in Philadelphia on April 24th and 25th, 2025: Dual Meet, Rancocas
Valley Regional High School at RVRHS on April 28, 2025; the SJ Elite Meet at Delsea High School on May 1, 2025; the Trials of Miles
at Icahn Stadium on May 2nd, 2025; and the SJ Invitational at Delsea High School on May 3rd, 2025. GO CHIEFS!
VIII. Page VIII marks the beginning of the end of the Spring Season: the early championships! It includes
comments on and (when practical) pictures from the Early Championship Meets including The SJ Invitational, Delsea H.S., May 3rd, 2025;
the Haddonfield Distance Night, May 5, 2025; The Glen Loucks Games, White Plains, NY, May 9, 2025; the Burlington County Championships,
Lenape H.S., May 9-10, 2025; and The SJ State Sectional Championships, May 16-17th, 2025. Following Sectionals is the Eustace Throwers Meet,
May 20, 2025; Cherokee's "Last Chance" Meet, May 22nd, 2025; and Cherokee's "Final Countdown" Meet, Lenape High School, May 27, 2025. GO CHIEFS!
IX. Page IX marks the end of the Spring Season with The State Group Championships, Franklin High School,
May 30th - 31st, 2025; The NJ State Meet of Champions, Pennsauken High School, June 4th, 2025. "Celebration of Life" for Coach Mike
Pascuzzo, Jun 13th, 2025; Team Banquet, June 13th, 2025. GO CHIEFS!
